Delivery and returns
- UK delivery only (mainland UK, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland). Delivery is charged at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. See our Return & Refund Policy.
- This is a larger item that may not be returnable by standard post. Estimated cost of return: £9.00 per box, for a collection we arrange through our UK supplier (item unused and in its original packaging). Faulty items are collected at our cost.
- For hygiene reasons, if a used toileting or bathing item develops a fault, we may ask for photos of the fault instead of a return.
