1. What cookies are

Meidiama will not assume that an analytics tool is exempt simply because it is called “analytics.” The final implementation will be tested against the actual tool, purpose and applicable rules.

4. Marketing and advertising

Advertising, cross-site tracking, social plugins used for tracking, and similar technologies generally require prior consent under UK PECR where the rules apply. We will not load such technologies before the applicable consent signal is recorded.

5. Cookie preferences

The site provides a cookie-preference control. Your choice is stored locally in the browser in the static package. The production implementation must ensure the consent mechanism controls the actual tags and scripts used by the final site.

6. Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Browser settings do not necessarily provide the same granular controls as a consent manager, so visitors may also use the website's preference controls where provided.

7. Third-party technologies

Potential third-party technologies will be documented once the final e-commerce, payment, analytics, advertising and support stack is selected. This policy intentionally does not invent vendors that have not been chosen.

8. Changes

We will update this policy when the technologies used by the site change materially or when applicable legal requirements change.
