3. Contact Meidiama with the order details if you purchased through us.
4. Follow any recall, correction, replacement or return instructions provided by the manufacturer or regulator.

Recall information

Recall and safety information can originate from manufacturers or regulators such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The FDA publishes medical-device recalls, early alerts and safety communications through its public channels.

Meidiama communications

Where a material recall or safety communication affects a product sold through Meidiama and customer contact information is available, Meidiama may communicate relevant information or next steps. This page does not represent that an automated recall-monitoring system or a 24/7 safety-notification program exists. The operating team must maintain an actual recall and customer-notification procedure before making such a claim.

Contact support@meidiama.com with the order number, product name, model/lot/serial information and a concise description of the concern. Please do not include unnecessary medical history.
