Meidiama keeps the customer-facing experience simple while using supplier-direct fulfillment behind the scenes.
Choose a product
Review the product information and confirm that the product meets your needs based on the information supplied on the product page. Product-specific warnings, intended use and limitations are important.
Place the order
Submit the order through Meidiama checkout and provide accurate delivery and contact information.
Payment is processed
Your selected payment method is processed through the payment solution enabled on the final website. The actual payment processor and applicable disclosures will be inserted once the platform is finalized.
Meidiama coordinates fulfillment
Meidiama sends or coordinates the order with the supplier responsible for the product. Supplier selection may depend on product, destination, stock, and operational availability.
Supplier ships directly
The supplier may ship the order directly to the U.S. address provided at checkout. Packaging and shipping documentation can vary by supplier.
Tracking is provided
When tracking is available, we will provide it through the order-contact channel supported by the final site setup.
Meidiama remains available
Questions about order status, shipping, returns, damaged shipments and warranty coordination can be directed to Meidiama customer service.
Supplier-direct does not mean supplier-only
Although a supplier may physically ship the product, your customer-facing order is placed through Meidiama. Meidiama remains your retail contact for the issues described in our customer-service policies.
Packaging can vary
Because products are fulfilled by different suppliers, the outer package, packing slip or shipping label may show a supplier or manufacturer name. This does not change the customer-facing Meidiama order relationship.
