Meidiama is operated by QMed Global Ltd, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom. Meidiama is the trading brand through which QMed presents products to U.S. consumers online.

What Meidiama does

Our current model is focused on non-prescription, cash-pay e-commerce for OTC DME/HME and related products. Products are sourced through U.S.-based supplier relationships and are intended to be shipped directly from the relevant supplier to the U.S. customer.

What supplier-direct fulfillment means

When you order through Meidiama, the customer-facing sale is with Meidiama. After payment and order review, Meidiama coordinates fulfillment with the applicable supplier. The supplier may then ship the product directly to you. Packaging, packing slips, shipping labels, carrier selection and related presentation can vary by supplier and order.

What Meidiama is not

Meidiama is not a clinic, pharmacy, medical practice, insurer, device manufacturer, or substitute for a healthcare professional.

Our communication standard

We aim to describe products using factual information that can be supported by the applicable product documentation. We avoid blanket claims that a product or business is “FDA approved,” “FDA certified,” “doctor approved,” “100% safe,” or otherwise endorsed when the underlying evidence does not support that claim.
