Warranty

Warranty

Warranty coverage is product-specific.

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's written warranty or supplier warranty. Coverage is not automatically the same for every product.

Before purchase

Where a written warranty applies to a product, the applicable product page will identify the warranty provider and relevant terms or explain how to review them before purchase. We do not describe the entire Meidiama catalog as having a universal Meidiama warranty.

Typical warranty process

  1. Contact Meidiama with your order number and a concise description of the issue.
  2. We identify the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty process.
  3. We may request photographs, serial/lot information, proof of purchase, or troubleshooting details where appropriate.
  4. We coordinate the next step or provide the instructions supplied by the manufacturer.

Coverage limitations

Depending on the applicable written warranty, coverage may exclude or limit issues involving misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accident, normal wear, or other exclusions stated in the warranty. The manufacturer's actual warranty terms control where the manufacturer is the warrantor.

Proof of purchase

Keep your Meidiama order confirmation and any manufacturer documentation. Proof of purchase may be required to establish warranty eligibility.

Written warranty availability

For products subject to federal written-warranty disclosure rules, the applicable warranty terms will be made available in the manner required for the sale. Meidiama will not make a general warranty claim that cannot be supported by the applicable product documentation.

Warranty vs. return

A warranty is not the same as a discretionary return policy. Return eligibility is addressed in the Returns & Refunds policy; warranty coverage is controlled by the applicable written warranty.
